We’re in a whirlwind of changing circumstances. Adapting to them can take a lot more energy than we realize. Physical fatigue is easy to notice, but the weariness of an overloaded mind can bite without warning. You know what I mean if you’re in health care, driving a truck, working from home, or simply staying in place. No matter the situation, please set aside time to just pause and look at more than the moment. Remind yourself that this is only temporary.
