These days, we should learn to lead the way for each other. The one thing we know right now is that nobody really knows what’s next. Each possibility has good and bad. Let’s learn to choose the ones with the most kindness and consideration for others. Sheryl Sandberg said that the ability to learn is the most important quality a leader can have. Be your own leader and don’t blindly follow bad advice. Pay it forward and pass it on.
