The mental health value of relaxation

Mental health is the fountain of youth

In fact, the CDC says the news is only good in small doses.  Other CDC mental health advice includes: Taking care of your body.  Take deep breaths, stretch or meditate.  Try to eat healthy, well-balanced meals; exercise regularly; and get plenty of sleep.  Making time to unwind.  Explore activities you enjoy.  (I also think that includes relaxing in whatever ways suit you best)  Connect with others. Talk with people you trust about your concerns and how you are feeling.  Our uncharted times call for creative coping, but this is a good start.  Pay it forward and pass it on.
